The world of health care is complex and multifaceted. It covers a broad spectrum of issues related to human health. Now than ever before both medical and legal professionals must be able to decipher contracts in order to avoid pitfalls that beset the most experienced medical professional. This course will attempt to demystify the various health care contracts including contracts related to the patient-physician relationship, contracts related to insurance, medical personnel employment related contracts, and contracts with other health care facilities.
